How does billing work?
Pilot and Team engagements are billed monthly per workspace. Enterprise agreements are typically billed annually with terms shaped around the rollout. We confirm the commercial structure before any work begins.
What counts as a connected source?
A connected source is one integration endpoint that Pantasso ingests from: a Slack workspace, a Google Drive folder, an Obsidian vault, a Telegram chat, or a file set. Each counts as one source toward your plan limit.
