How do I start?
Pilot and Team are self-serve: sign up, start a free trial, connect an approved source, and ask a cited question. Enterprise starts with a working session to scope sources, success criteria, and terms before anything is connected.
How does billing work?
Pilot and Team are billed monthly per workspace, $1,500 and $5,000 respectively, and you can cancel at any time. Enterprise starts at $15,000 per month with terms shaped around the rollout. See the terms page for billing details.
What counts as a connected source?
A connected source is one approved endpoint Pantasso may read: a file set or Obsidian folder today, or a Slack workspace, Google Drive folder, Telegram chat, or GitHub repository after that connection is set up. Each counts as one source. Team does not include a full live connector suite.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
Bring one question your team regularly struggles to answer, the source most likely to contain the answer, and the people responsible for approving access. That is enough to shape a practical first step.
