Workspace data
Pantasso is built around explicit source approval, isolated workspaces, and auditable handling of company data.
In the hosted public beta, Pantasso ingests data only from operator-approved sources. Files and Obsidian are the live first source. Slack, Drive, Telegram, and GitHub need a connection before those sources are ingested. Other directory families are listed, not live.
Each workspace is kept logically isolated from other workspaces. Workspace content, source configuration, query history, agent profiles, and audit records are not shared across customer workspaces.
Workspace data is used to provide the Pantasso service: ingestion, organization, search, SQL access, cited retrieval, agent context, support diagnostics, security operations, and auditability for that workspace.
Pantasso does not share one workspace's customer data with another workspace. Support and operations workflows are designed around workspace boundaries.
Pantasso does not use customer workspace data to train foundation models or shared AI models.
Workspace owners may request deletion of workspace data. We will process deletion requests for workspace content and associated metadata according to the operational requirements of the service and any applicable agreement.
