Hallucination
Assistants fill gaps with plausible-sounding fiction when they lack company context.
Cited retrieval: Every answer traces back to a workspace source. Assistants answer from cited context, not invented company fact.
For AI teams — hosted public beta
Pantasso is a hosted public beta. Start with Files or Obsidian, then connect Slack, Drive, Telegram, or GitHub. Ground assistants in approved sources, choose what each assistant can see, and expose missing context instead of hiding it.
The challenge
When company knowledge is scattered, teams spend more time assembling prompts and checking answers than building useful workflows.
Assistants fill gaps with plausible-sounding fiction when they lack company context.
Cited retrieval: Every answer traces back to a workspace source. Assistants answer from cited context, not invented company fact.
Company context often lives across messaging, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, email, calendars, spreadsheets, admin directories, code and project systems, CRM, finance, commerce, support, observability, cloud audit, files, databases, webhooks, SDKs, and structured imports. The hosted public beta starts with Files and Obsidian. Slack, Drive, Telegram, and GitHub need a connection. Other families are listed, not live. Assistants only see the sources you approve.
Shared company context: Pantasso keeps approved company context current so assistants use the same source-backed evidence.
When an assistant makes a claim, nobody can trace where the information came from or whether it was current.
Full provenance: Every retrieval is logged with source, timestamp, and scope. Workspace owners see exactly what each agent accessed and when.
Capabilities
Each AI assistant gets a profile that defines which sources it can read and what boundaries it must respect. Profiles are workspace-level, so adding a new assistant does not require reconfiguring sources.
Agent Profile: Research Assistant — Sources: Files /notes — Boundary: read-only, cite sources
When an assistant queries Pantasso, it receives source-backed context with inline citations. If the workspace does not contain enough information to answer, the response says so explicitly rather than guessing.
Query: "What was decided about the API migration?" — 3 sources cited — Confidence: high
A single dashboard shows source freshness, agent activity, retrieval gaps, and ingestion status. AI teams see at a glance whether their assistants have current, complete context to work from.
Sources: Files live, Slack needs a connection — Agents: 1 scoped — Gaps: reported, not guessed
How AI teams use Pantasso
The hosted public beta starts with Files and Obsidian. Slack, Drive, Telegram, and GitHub need a connection. Other directory families are listed, not live. Pantasso only indexes what you explicitly select.
Define which sources each assistant can access and what boundaries apply. Profiles are reusable across assistants that share the same scope.
Before answering a company-specific question, your assistant checks Pantasso for cited context. Gaps are reported transparently.
Use workspace health to find stale sources, review retrieval gaps, and expand coverage where assistants need better context.
Give each assistant a scoped Pantasso profile backed by approved sources and citations before it answers for the company.
