Pantasso provides a files-first hosted workspace for approved company sources. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect each source you approve.

These terms summarize the basic rules for using Pantasso during the hosted public beta. Customers approve the sources connected to each workspace.

Service terms
Use Pantasso responsibly and within approved workspace boundaries.
These terms are concise by design. Enterprise or paid deployments may be governed by a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pantasso to violate laws, access data without authorization, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, upload malicious content, or infringe the rights of others.
Hosted public beta service
Pantasso is provided as-is during the hosted public beta. Features, availability, limits, integrations, and documentation may change as the platform develops. A directory listing is not a live or generally available connector.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance: Pilot $1,500 per workspace per month, Team $5,000 per workspace per month, and Enterprise from $15,000 per workspace per month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your workspace stays active until then. We do not refund partial months. If you cancel within the first 14 days of a paid plan and no paid usage occurred on the workspace, we refund that first payment in full.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for the data connected to your workspace. Pantasso processes workspace data to provide the service and does not claim ownership of your customer data.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law and any applicable agreement, Pantasso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the hosted public beta. Pantasso may suspend or terminate access for security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms.
Governing law placeholder
The governing law and venue for customer agreements will be specified in the applicable order form, master services agreement, or other written agreement between the parties.
