Use of the service
In the hosted public beta, Pantasso provides a files-first hosted workspace for approved company sources. Files and Obsidian are the live first source. Slack, Drive, Telegram, and GitHub need a connection. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect each source you approve.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pantasso to violate laws, access data without authorization, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, upload malicious content, or infringe the rights of others.
Hosted public beta service
Pantasso is provided as-is during the hosted public beta. Features, availability, limits, integrations, and documentation may change as the platform develops. A directory listing is not a live or generally available connector.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for the data connected to your workspace. Pantasso processes workspace data to provide the service and does not claim ownership of your customer data.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law and any applicable agreement, Pantasso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the hosted public beta. Pantasso may suspend or terminate access for security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms.
Governing law placeholder
The governing law and venue for customer agreements will be specified in the applicable order form, master services agreement, or other written agreement between the parties.
