Workspace Health
Workspace health gives you visibility into the hosted public beta workspace: whether Files or Obsidian have synced, what still needs a connection, and what should happen next.
This page describes the hosted public beta. Files and Obsidian are the live first source. Slack, Google Drive and Docs, Telegram, and GitHub need a connection.
Health dashboard
The workspace control plane shows health information across four areas:
Source health
In the hosted public beta, source health starts with Files and Obsidian. Slack, Drive, Telegram, and GitHub show health after they are connected.
Each connected source shows:
- Status: Whether the source is live, needs reconnection, or has sync issues.
- Last sync: When the source was last updated.
- Object count: How many workspace objects were imported from this source.
- Coverage: Whether the source is fully synced or partially imported.
Agent health
Each agent profile shows:
- Status: Whether the profile is active and recently used.
- Query count: How many queries the profile has made.
- Gap rate: How often queries return gap reports instead of cited answers.
- Last activity: When the profile was last used.
Evidence
Evidence tracks whether key workspace capabilities are working:
- First import: Whether Files or Obsidian have been successfully imported.
- Cited question: Whether a cited query has returned source-backed context.
- Support packet: Whether a redacted support packet can be generated.
- Activity history: Whether workspace activity is being recorded.
Next actions
Based on current health, Pantasso suggests what to do next:
- Start with Files or Obsidian if no first source has synced.
- Connect Slack, Drive, Telegram, or GitHub when those sources are needed.
- Reconnect a source that has lost access.
- Test a cited query if none have been run.
- Create an agent profile if none exist.
Alerts
Pantasso surfaces issues that need attention:
- Source disconnection: A connected source has lost access and needs reconnection.
- Sync failure: A source sync failed and content may be stale.
- Profile inactivity: An agent profile has not been used in a configurable period.
Backup
Workspace health includes backup status:
- Last backup: When the workspace was last backed up.
- Backup scope: What is included (workspace objects, configuration, activity history).
- Restore availability: Whether a restore point exists.
